TrafficGuard® Core-In Protections Systems make securing your facility with ASTM F3016 removable and fixed bollards make installation quick and inexpensive. Geared towards retrofit applications that require protection from vehicle incursions, bollards can now be installed with a minimally invasive installation process and few relatively simple steps in existing slabs of 3” or more.
The fixed bollard Core-In System is shipped with a hot dipped galvanized rebar cage, a US Patent 11,124,934 hot dipped galvanized stress / centering bracket and galvanized bollard post. The stress bracket makes centering and spacing bollards easy and fast.
The removable bollard Core-In Systems is shipped with a hot dipped galvanized pipe stand, a US Patent 11,124,934 hot dipped galvanized stress / centering bracket and galvanized helix lock bollard post. Removable ASTM F3016 bollards allow vehicle access where required and feature the patented (U.S. Patent 8,297,873) helix lock system, providing a clean look.
