Ordering

  • You can email, fax or phone in your purchase order anytime.
  • If you have received a formal quote from us, you can acknowledge acceptance of the quote and request an order to be placed by signing the quote and faxing or emailing it back to us.
  • When placing your order, please be ready to confirm model number, finish, quantity, delivery address, billing address and site contact information.

Payments

  • Tax funded agencies may submit a purchase order with billing information for net 30 day terms.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. This is the quickest way to get your TrafficGuard Bollard ordered.
  • To apply for credit please submit a credit application. The credit approval process typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • We are pleased to accept payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer.) Please contact us for these details.

Freight & Delivery

  • Quoted prices will include shipping to your specified location from our warehouse in Northern Illinois.
  • Orders from inventory are normally shipped quickly. Orders requiring custom finishing will take longer. Please contact us for lead times.
  • Transit times depend on the shipping distance from our site in Northern Illinois, but generally customers receive shipments within a few business days.
